Join us at Edge’s new interactive series! MSG: Making, Sharing, Gathering is a culinary journey and sensory exploration of Asian American culture, where each dish tells a story and every bite is steeped in tradition.

MSG features six Bay Area culinary stars in monthly workshops celebrating Asian diaspora cuisine, blending nourishment with creativity, resilience with reclamation, and demonstrating food as a potent cultural practice. Each culinary creative will guide us through their journey, offering samples of signature dishes and sharing the inspirations behind their creations. (Allergen information will be provided onsite.)
