SEDIMENTAL

Edge on the Square presents a collaboration between Macro Waves, Harriet Brown, and Anthony Calonico. The performance will feature Harriet Brown’s new EP SEDIMENTAL in full within a whole hour of introspective, ambient songs and sounds in collaboration with Macro Waves’ latest installation, Collective Futures, at Edge on the Square in San Francisco Chinatown.

“Collective Futures” is part of the exhibition "Within Others" at Edge on the Square. This installation is a multi-sensory installation and collective space that focuses on the act of re-gathering, the point of re-entry, and the process of collective transformation. Utilizing haptic vibrational technology, visitors are welcome to collectively pause by sitting, laying, sharing, and interacting with the vibrating tactile installation while listening to accompanying audio that synchronizes with each vibration. Through an interactive installation and a series of collaborative healing-based workshops and performances, this project challenges our perceptions of individual experiences and transforms them into a shared process. The exhibition is on view from September 30, 2023 - June 30, 2024.

Harriet Brown will have limited physical copies of the EP available on CD ahead of the digital release.
